Reaching Souls For Christ!

Our Beliefs

We believe the Bible to be inspired of GOD, the Infallible word of GOD.

II Timothy 3:16 - All scripture is given by the inspiration of GOD, and is profitable for doctrine, reproof, for instruction in righteousness.

The basis and fundamental doctrines of this organization shall be:

  1. Full salvation, which includes repentance,
  2. Baptism in water by immersion in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
  3. Baptism in the Holy Ghost with the intial sign of speaking with other tongues as the spirit gives utterance.

Purpose

  • To exalt Christ above any party, and his Word above all human creed.
  • To do GOD's will.
  • To build a church worshipping, learning and working in GOD's will.
  • Where the Bible speaks, we speak, where the Bible is silent, we are silent.

Important Truths

Repentance:

John 3:16 ~ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Acts 16:31 ~ And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

Justification:

Romans 5:1 ~ Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

Sanctification:

1 Corinthians 1:30 ~ But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

1 Thessalonians 4:3 ~ 3 For this is the will of God, [even] your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:4 That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour;

Holiness:

Luke 1:74-75 ~ That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear, In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.

1 Thessalonians 4:7~ For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.

Hebrews 12:14 ~ Follow peace with all [men], and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

Water Baptism

Matthew 28:19 ~ Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Mark 1:8-10 ~ 8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.9 And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.10 And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:

Acts 8:36-38 ~ 36And as they went on [their] way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, [here is] water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.

Acts 10:47-48 ~ 47Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.

Baptism with Holy Ghost:

Matthew 3:11 ~ I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and [with] fire:

Luke 24:49 ~ And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.

Acts 1:8 ~ But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of  the earth.

Acts 2:2-4 ~ 2And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Fruits of the Spirit

Romans 6:22-23 ~ 22But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.23 For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Galatians 5:22-23 ~22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Ephesians 5:9 ~ (For the fruit of the Spirit [is] in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)

The Lord's Supper:

Luke 22:17-20 ~ 17And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide [it] among yourselves:18 For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake [it], and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup [is] the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.

1 Corinthians 11:23-29 ~ 23For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the [same] night in which he was betrayed took bread:24 And when he had given thanks, he brake [it], and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.25 After the same manner also [he took] the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink [it], in remembrance of me.26 For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come.27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink [this] cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of [that] bread, and drink of [that] cup.29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.

Second Coming of Jesus and the Resurrection:

1 Thessalonians 4:10-18 ~ 10And indeed ye do it toward all the brethren which are in all Macedonia: but we beseech you, brethren, that ye increase more and more;11 And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;12 That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and [that] ye may have lack of nothing.13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive [and] remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:17 Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Eternal Life for the Righteous:

Matthew 25:46 ~ And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

John 10:27-28 ~ 27My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any [man] pluck them out of my hand.

Romans 6:22 ~ But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

Eternal Punishment for the Wicked:

2 Thessalonians 1:7-9 ~ 7And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
